Lead
Teacher-Preschool
Needed in
Newton and Watertown to lead classroom teaching team.
Responsible for curriculum and child assessment. Must be EEC Preschool Lead
Teacher Certified with a minimum of an Associate’s degree. $14.72+ per hour
depending on level of education.
Teacher-Preschool
(30 hours per week)
Needed
in Waltham to assist in providing a developmentally appropriate
curriculum in a classroom of 17 – 18 preschool aged children. Must have a high
school diploma or equivalent and be EEC Preschool Teacher qualified. $11.17+
per hour, depending on education.
Teacher-Preschool

in Newton and Waltham to assist in providing a
developmentally appropriate curriculum in a classroom of 17 – 18 preschool aged

Lead
Teacher-Toddler
Needed in
Newton & Woburn to lead toddler classroom teaching team.
Responsible for curriculum and child assessment. Must be EEC Lead Teacher
Certified with a minimum of an Associate’s degree. $14.72 - $16.75 per hour
depending on education.
Teacher-Toddler
Needed
in Watertown to assist in providing a developmentally appropriate
curriculum in a classroom of 8-9 toddler aged children. Must have a high school
diploma or equivalent and be EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher qualified, $12.18+ per
hour, depending on education.
Coordinator of Human Resources & Administration
The
Coordinator of HR/Admin is primarily responsible for ensuring adequate personnel
for the agency and compliance with human resources policies, procedures and
regulations. The Coordinator also manages the general administrative work flow
of Central Office. Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin. or related field)
preferred, minimum of Associates degree required. 5-8+ years HR and/or business
experience. Proficiency in EXCEL required. Salary $41.600+ depending on level
of education.
Senior
Staff Accountant
The Senior
Revenue Accountant is responsible for all aspects of the revenue process,
including grant and contract management, billing and monitoring of receivables.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred, minimum of Associates degree
required; minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience. Proficiency in EXCEL and
accounting software. Salary $39,520+ depending on level of education.
Manager
of Early Childhood Services
Needed in
Watertown. Responsible for the management of early childhood center,
serving preschoolers and toddlers. Provide comprehensive services including
health, education, parent involvement, disabilities and social services.
Bachelor’s degree in ECE or MSW and supervision experience required. $45,000+
per year to start depending on level of education.
Center Liaison
Needed in
Watertown. Responsible for administrative/leadership duties required for
the operation of a developmentally designed childcare program in the absence of
the MCS. Functions as a positive motivator, demonstrating flexible and creative
problem solving for the staff, parents and program. Works in cooperation with
staff and parents to ensure a quality program for all children and families with
maximum parent involvement. Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree in ECE
or related field, Bachelors preferred. Must be EEC qualified as Preschool or
Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher or Center Director. $16.24 to $18.27 per hour,
depending on education.
Center
Director/Parent Liaison-Preschool
Needed in
Waltham to lead classroom team, responsible for curriculum and child
assessment, Provide case management, referrals, and family partnership
agreements for a caseload of 18 families. Must be EEC Preschool Director
Certified with a minimum of an Associate’s degree, bi-lingual (Spanish)
preferred. $15.00+ per hour depending on level of education.
